All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

4. Orders

Cancel suspected fraudulent or unauthorized orders.
Limit quantities purchased by any customer.
Request additional verification before processing an order.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted only after it has been processed and dispatched.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

For online payments, transactions are securely processed through third-party payment service providers. WesternVibe does not store your complete payment card information.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

WesternVibe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Refund & Exchange

Refunds or Exchanges are available only if the customer receives:

A damaged product.
A defective product.
An incorrect product.

A complete unboxing video and supporting photographs are mandatory for all claims.

Exchange requests are subject to a ₹200 exchange fee.
